The Vortex HD System
Built to our specifications in Japan, the Razor HD features a sophisticated triple apochromatic lens system with two elements, precision ground from high definition (HD) optical glass. The result is an almost total elimination of chromatic aberration across the entire field of view so there''s no ''''fringing'''', degradation of resolution, or dilution of colour fidelity at longer distances.
ArmorTek is a unique, protective coating that hardens and strengthens lenses-actually repelling the oil and corrosive salts of fingerprints. Lenses treated with ArmorTek become:

Argon gas purging
This advanced process protects your Diamondback Spotting Scope in the following ways:

The compact Razor HD body, made of die cast magnesium-alloy, is also shockproof. In addition, the angled eyepiece and rotating tripod ring allow greater flexibility when positioning the Razor; a dual focus provides both coarse and fine adjustments for fast and precise focusing.
