Marchwood Terms & Conditions
Abbreviated Terms of Business
Our full Terms of Business include the following main conditions, acceptance of which is implied in all contracts resulting from the use of our Website or Pricelists.
- Accounts will only be opened for bona fide traders who have business premises and a V.A.T. number, this is to protect the integrity of the products which we supply.
- Settlement is due 30 days from the date of each invoice..
- We reserve the right to charge interest on any monies which become overdue at the rate of 2.5% per month.
- Notification for claims for damage or short delivery must be made within 3 days of receipt: for loss in transit within 7 days of Invoice. All other claims are void.

Title to Goods is reserved absolutely by Marchwood, until payment has been received, Buyer holds Goods on Marchwood's behalf until sold, Marchwood or its Agents are entitled at all times to repossess unsold Goods.

Any Meopta returned under guarantee must be sent to us with the guarantee,
- We only deliver to your business address, we do not deliver individual parcels to the general public on your behalf.
- All orders must be for £150 + or a carriage charge will be incurred.
